UI/UX Design: Web & Mobile

Design that is as usable as it is beautiful, research-led UI/UX for web and mobile that reduces friction and lifts conversions.

Great design is invisible: users get what they came for without thinking about it. Poor UX quietly costs you customers through confusion, friction and frustration. As a results-driven UI/UX design agency, Anviam designs products and interfaces that are intuitive, accessible and built to convert.

We combine user research, interaction design, polished UI and usability testing, so decisions are grounded in how real people behave, not opinion. The result is a product that feels effortless and performs commercially.

Whether you are designing a new product, redesigning a confusing interface, or building a design system to scale, we shape the work around your users and your goals.

How we approach UI/UX

Design that works is a process, not a coat of paint. Four stages, grounded in evidence.

User research and insight

Good design starts with understanding people. We research your users, their goals, context and pain points, through interviews, analytics, and usability review, so the design solves real problems rather than assumed ones.

This evidence base is what separates design that converts from design that merely looks current.

  • User interviews & personas
  • Analytics & behaviour review
  • Journey mapping
  • Usability audits
  • Competitor analysis
  • Jobs-to-be-done

Information architecture and flows

If users cannot find what they need, nothing else matters. We design clear information architecture and user flows so people move smoothly from arrival to goal, with the fewest steps and the least friction.

We prototype and test flows early, so structural problems are fixed before expensive design and build.

  • Information architecture
  • User flows & journeys
  • Navigation design
  • Wireframing
  • Task & step reduction
  • Content structure

UI design and design systems

On top of solid UX, we craft polished, on-brand interfaces that feel considered and trustworthy. For products and larger sites, we build design systems, reusable components and patterns, so design stays consistent and teams move faster.

A design system is an investment that pays off every time you add a feature or page.

  • Visual UI design
  • Design systems & components
  • Brand-consistent interfaces
  • Responsive design
  • Interaction & micro-animation
  • Developer-ready specs

Prototyping and testing

We prototype interactive designs and test them with real users before committing to build. This catches usability problems when they are cheap to fix and gives you confidence that the design works, backed by evidence, not opinion.

Testing also builds internal alignment: it is hard to argue with watching real users succeed or struggle.

  • Interactive prototypes
  • Usability testing
  • A/B and preference testing
  • Feedback synthesis
  • Design validation
  • Iteration before build

Accessibility and inclusive design

Accessible design is better design, for everyone. We design to accessibility (WCAG) standards so your product works for people with a range of abilities, devices and contexts, widening your audience and reducing legal risk.

Inclusive design also tends to be clearer and simpler, which lifts conversion for all users.

  • WCAG-aligned design
  • Colour contrast & legibility
  • Keyboard & screen-reader support
  • Inclusive patterns
  • Accessible forms
  • Accessibility review

Handoff, build and iteration

Design is only valuable once it ships. We provide developer-ready specs and assets, support the build to keep quality high, and keep improving the product after launch based on real usage data.

Because we also build, design and development stay joined up, so nothing is lost in translation.

  • Developer-ready handoff
  • Design QA during build
  • Post-launch improvements
  • Analytics-informed iteration
  • Ongoing design support
  • Design-to-dev alignment

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between UI and UX?

UX (user experience) is how a product works, its structure, flows and usability. UI (user interface) is how it looks, the visual design and components. Great products need both, which is why we deliver them together.

How much does UI/UX design cost?

A UX audit starts from £600, product design from £2,500, and design systems are custom (all currently 50% off before Christmas). We give a clear proposal after understanding your scope.

Do you design for mobile as well as web?

Yes. We design responsive web and native/mobile app interfaces, always mobile-first, so your product works beautifully on every screen.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. We design within your brand guidelines, or help evolve them, so the product feels unmistakably yours.

Do you test designs with real users?

Where possible, yes. Usability testing catches problems early and gives confidence the design works. It is included in our Product Design and Design System engagements.

Will developers be able to build your designs?

Yes. We provide developer-ready specs, assets and components, and because we also build, we can support the development to keep quality high.

Can good UX really increase conversions?

Significantly. Removing friction, clarifying messaging and improving flows routinely lifts conversion, often the highest-return change you can make, which is why UX pairs so well with CRO.

Do you only design, or also build?

We do both. Because our designers and developers work together, designs are realistic to build and nothing is lost in handoff, so you get a polished, working product rather than pretty mockups that are hard to implement.

Can you improve an existing product's UX?

Yes. Our UX audit pinpoints the friction losing you users, and we redesign the highest-impact flows first, so you see gains quickly without needing a full rebuild.

How long does a UI/UX project take?

A UX audit takes one to two weeks; a product-design project typically four to eight weeks depending on scope; design systems longer. We confirm a timeline after an initial scoping call.

What tools do you design in?

We design in industry-standard tools such as Figma, and deliver developer-ready files and shared, interactive prototypes, so your team and ours can collaborate, review and sign off easily.
